An enormous corner sofa invites guests to to snuggle up in front of the fire with a chocolat chaud after a day cruising Courchevel's famous corduroy pistes. The neighbouring dining table comfortably has room for all 14 guests, and the dual aspect windows, plus feature lighting, ensure this is a welcoming spot, whether for a hearty breakfast or gourmet evening meal. This level also houses the professional kitchen where these culinary delights are created.

As befits any super-luxury ski chalet, the property has designated an entire floor to wellness and entertainment. This ski chalet swimming pool is a good size and features a mezzanine chill out spot for relaxing post-swim. There's also an indoor hot tub, treatment room, sauna and Hammam. Completing the wellness suite are a fitness room and a bar, so whether you're a gym bunny or prefer relaxing with a glass of something sparkling, you'll find the facility that matches your needs! With six bedrooms can sleep up to ten adults and four children. The stunning master suite occupies the top floor, so guests can truly indulge in the panoramic alpine views from their private balcony. In the chalet's eaves, this bedroom is spacious and enjoys comfortable seating, a desk/dressing table, a generous walk-through wardrobe and luxuriant en-suite bathroom.

The further four double/twin bedrooms are divided between the first and ground floors. Each has its own en-suite, and two of them also feature dressing rooms. The children's bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, plus an en-suite, and is also on the first floor.

The chalet has an underground garage for several vehicles, and a comfortable ski room with boot warmers. The internal elevator accesses all five floors for convenience.

The property is located in the idyllic location of the Cospillot area in the heart of Courchevel 1850, close to both the centre of resort and the pistes.

The chalet is just 220 metres (3 minute walk) from the piste edge and the Croisette where you will find the main lift hub and ski school meeting point making this an ideal location for family groups.

The centre of the village is 150m away where you will find a wide selection of luxury boutiques, shops and restaurants.
